Welcome to Telleos! By engaging with our coaching and consulting services and using our website, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. SERVICES PLANS AND TERMS

1.1 Initial Term: All Telleos coaching and consulting service plans carry a minimum initial term of six (6) months (the "Initial Term").

1.2 Automatic Conversion: Following the completion of the Initial Term, your service plan will automatically convert to a month-to-month arrangement unless terminated in accordance with Section 2 below.

2. TERMINATION

2.1 Termination During Initial Term: If you choose to terminate your service plan before the completion of the Initial Term, you will be required to pay the total remaining fees for all months left in the Initial Term immediately upon termination.

2.2 Termination After Initial Term: Service plans may be terminated at any time after the Initial Term by providing Telleos with a written notice at least thirty (30) days prior to your desired termination date.

2.3 Termination by Telleos: Telleos reserves the right to terminate your service plan immediately for any breach of these Terms and Conditions or for failure to make timely payments.

3. FEES AND PAYMENTS

3.1 Service Fees: Service fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

3.2 Payment Methods: Accepted payment methods include credit card, debit card, PayPal, or other payment methods specified during the signup process. You authorize Telleos to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis.

3.3 Late Payments: If a payment is not successfully processed, Telleos may suspend your services until payment is received. Late payments may also incur additional fees.

3.4 Price Adjustments: Telleos reserves the right to adjust service fees. You will be notified at least thirty (30) days before any price change takes effect.

4.1 Eligibility: The Telleos website is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. By using the website, you represent that you meet this age requirement and are legally permitted to enter into binding agreements.

7.1 No Guarantees: Telleos coaching and consulting services are designed to provide guidance and support, but outcomes are not guaranteed.

8. suspension and termination of accounts

8.1 Telleos reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account for any violation of these Terms and Conditions or for any conduct that we determine is harmful to our business or other users.

8.2 Suspended or terminated accounts may result in loss of access to services without a refund.

9. limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Telleos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the coaching and consulting services or use of the website, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
