Is coaching the same as counseling or therapy?
No. Coaching focuses on clarity, growth, and action. It isn't a substitute for therapy, medical care, or other licensed professional services. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 in the United States, or call 911 in an emergency.
Do I have to commit to a package?
No. You can book single sessions whenever you need them. Packages like the Marriage Reset are there when a structured series fits better, and monthly coaching gives you one session every month. Monthly coaching starts with a 3-month minimum, since real progress takes a few sessions, then continues month to month for as long as it helps. Couples moving into Marriage Maintenance after the Reset or Restore skip the minimum.
Are sessions confidential?
Yes. What you share in coaching stays private, except where you give permission, where the law requires disclosure, or where there's a serious risk of harm.
Can LifeSync members book coaching?
Yes. 1:1 coaching is available to every LifeSync member at a discounted member rate on single sessions, packages and monthly coaching, and founders receive one complimentary session in their first 90 days.
Do you meet in person?
Most sessions happen on Zoom so you can meet from anywhere. Ask about in-person options when you book your consultation.
