Success should never cost you everything.

You may know what it feels like when success starts costing too much. The calendar is full and the dinner table is empty. The business or ministry is growing, but you can't remember the last real conversation you had with your spouse. People see a leader who has it all together, and you quietly wonder how long you can keep this pace.

Most of us were never shown another way. We were taught to give everything to the work and trust that the people we love would wait. They usually do, for a while.

We chose the name Telleos because it describes the leader we believe you were made to be: someone whose work, family, health, and faith grow together instead of fighting over whatever is left at the end of the day. You lead from rest instead of exhaustion. Your family gets your best, not your leftovers. And the bigger your work becomes, the more fully yourself you become with it.

That's the measure we use. If your business grows and your marriage shrinks, we haven't done our job.
