Who we are
Telleos LLC, doing business as Telleos and Telleos Leader Development (“Telleos,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), is a leadership development and coaching company based in Hoschton, Georgia. This Privacy Policy applies to telleos.com and its pages, the Telleos Circle member app, the LifeSync community and its tiers, The Builder's Lab, Freedom Forge, our courses, workshops, and downloadable resources, 1:1 coaching, and any related emails, text messages, and events (together, the “Services”).
By using the Services, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact details such as your name, email address, phone number, and, if you choose to share them, your organization and role.
- Account details for Telleos Circle, including your login credentials, profile photo, bio, and notification preferences.
- Purchase details such as billing name and address and the plan you choose. Card numbers are entered directly with our payment processor and are not stored on our servers.
- Program and coaching information such as goals, assessment responses, notes, worksheets, and anything you choose to share in sessions or in program materials.
- Community content such as posts, comments, messages, and files you share inside LifeSync or other Telleos communities.
- Communications you send us by email, text, chat, forms, or social media.
Information collected automatically
- Device and browser type, IP address, approximate location, and operating system.
- Pages viewed, links clicked, referring sites, time on page, and email open and click activity.
- Course progress, lesson completion, and attendance at live sessions.
- Information collected through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies (see Cookies and tracking below).
Information from others
We may receive information from payment processors, scheduling tools, video meeting platforms, advertising and social media platforms, and people who refer you to us.
How we use your information
- Deliver the Services you sign up for, including memberships, events, courses, and coaching sessions.
- Create and manage your account and give you access to the right communities and content.
- Process payments, renewals, and refunds, and manage subscriptions.
- Send confirmations, reminders, receipts, and account notices.
- Send newsletters, offers, and program updates when you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- Understand what is working so we can improve our content, programs, and website.
- Protect the safety and integrity of our community, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.
Text messaging (SMS)
If you give us your mobile number and opt in, we may send you text messages about your account, appointments, events, programs, and occasional offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Your mobile information is never shared. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. This excludes only the service providers that help us deliver text messages to you.

Coaching and community confidentiality
We treat what you share in 1:1 coaching, small cohorts, and private communities with discretion. Coaches will not share your personal disclosures outside your program except where you give permission, where required by law, or where there is a serious risk of harm to you or someone else.
Some communities, such as Freedom Forge, are built on confidentiality between members. We ask every member to honor that, but we cannot control what other participants do with what they hear. Please share with that in mind.
Telleos coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical care, and it is not covered by the confidentiality protections that apply to licensed health professionals.
Data retention and security
We keep personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, keep accurate business and tax records, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When it is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please use a strong, unique password for your account.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you and receive a copy.
- Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Delete your information, subject to records we must keep by law.
- Withdraw consent or opt out of marketing emails and texts.
- Object to or limit certain uses of your information.
To make a request, email [email protected]. We will verify your identity and respond within the time required by applicable law. We will never treat you differently for exercising your rights.
Visitors from outside the United States. Telleos is based in the United States, and your information will be processed here. Where the law of your country applies, we rely on your consent, the need to perform our agreement with you, our legitimate business interests, and legal obligations as the bases for processing.
Children's privacy
The Services are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our programs grow. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above, and for significant changes we will let members know by email or inside Telleos Circle.
