refund policy

At Telleos, we aim to provide high-quality coaching and consulting services to all our clients. We understand that situations may arise where you wish to request a return or adjustment. Please read our return policy carefully to understand your options.

1. applicability

1.1 This return policy applies only to fees paid for Telleos coaching and consulting services. It does not cover other charges, including late fees, penalties, or third-party costs.

1.2 Refunds or returns are subject to the terms outlined in this policy and do not apply to payments made during the Initial Term of service agreements unless required by applicable law.

2. refund eligibility

2.1 Service Dissatisfaction: If you are dissatisfied with the quality of a coaching or consulting session, you may submit a refund request within seven (7) days of the session date. Refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

2.2 Advance Payments: Refunds for advance payments made for services beyond the current billing cycle may be considered if you terminate your service after the Initial Term and provide the required notice per our Terms and Conditions.

2.3 Non-Refundable Fees: Payments for services during the Initial Term are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

3. refund process

3.1 Submission of Requests: Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [Insert Email Address]. Include your name, account information, and a detailed explanation of the reason for your request.

3.2 Evaluation: Telleos will review refund requests within ten (10) business days of receipt. Additional information may be requested during this process.

3.3 Outcome: Approved refunds will be processed within five (5) business days of approval and issued via the original payment method.

4. exclusions

4.1 No Refunds for Used Services: Refunds will not be provided for services that have already been fully delivered or utilized.

4.2 Third-Party Charges: Any fees or costs incurred from third-party platforms, payment processors, or affiliates are not eligible for refunds.

4.3 Account Suspensions: Refunds will not be issued for accounts suspended or terminated due to violations of the Terms and Conditions.

5. modifications to policy

Telleos reserves the right to modify this return policy at any time. Updates will be communicated via our website, and the latest version will supersede any previous policies.
